- For orders over AED 100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for added security.
Customs Duties:
- Please note that the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to pay customs duties or fees levied by the destination country.

Recipient Responsibilities:

- If the recipient fails to claim the product, cannot receive it, or cannot provide relevant documents, Dubai Smart Life will not be responsible for any loss, and refunds will not be issued.
